I'm a qualified therapist and strength coach, passionate about helping people create lasting, meaningful change.
Throughout my work, I've seen that many people know what they want to change, but struggle with how to make that change last. Whether it's managing anxiety, improving confidence, looking after yourself more consistently, or building healthier habits, lasting change isn't about perfection - it's about understanding yourself and taking realistic, sustainable steps forward.
I believe our mental and physical wellbeing are closely connected. That's why my approach is built around strengthening both mind and body, helping you develop greater confidence, resilience and a healthier relationship with yourself.
