Initial Consultation – Free

I offer a free 15-minute introductory phone or video call to answer any questions you may have and help you decide whether I'm the right therapist for you.

Individual Therapy Session

​

50-minute session – £50

​

Sessions are available online or in person.

​

Online sessions are held securely via video call, allowing you to access therapy from the comfort of your own home.

In-person sessions take place in Shaw, Oldham, in a welcoming and confidential setting.
